Assam HS 1st Year Online Form Fill Up Admission 2021: Assam Higher Secondary Education Council launched an online portal for Assam HS 1st Year Online Form Fill Up Admission 2021.

This online portal is for the Admission of students into the HS 1st Year course for the session 2021-22 in different institutions under the AHSEC.

The online portal “DARPAN” has been developed for both the institutions as well as students. For participating in the admission process, institutions with valid AHSEC codes have to create their profiles by providing their institution details into the Portal by visiting www.darpan.ahseconline.in or www.ahsec.assam.gov.in.

On completion of profile creation by the institutions, students will be able to apply online for admission into different institutions through the www.darpan.ahseconline.in or www.ahsec.assam.gov.in from 11/08/2021 to 25/08/2021.

                Assam HS 1st Year Online Admission Notice.

The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council(AHSEC) is seeking online applications from eligible students for admission to HS 1st Year Higher Secondary Course 2021-21. AHSEC has named its online enrollment portal ‘Darpan’ where students can submit their application for enrollment.

Under the online process, students will be able to enroll in the 11th at the college or institution of their choice. In order to participate in the process, institutions with valid AHSEC codes need to create their profiles by providing details on their institution portal.

Once the profile created by the institutions is completed, students can apply online for admission through the website: from 11th August to 25th August 2021.

Students who have passed HSLC 2021 examination and want to apply online for higher secondary HS 1st Year in various institutions including University / Degree College / Higher Secondary School / Higher Secondary School under AHSEC will also need to apply online.

(1) Go to the AHSEC’s official website www.ahsec.assam.gov.in.

(2) Click on the HS first-year admission link.

(3) A new page will load, log in using your HSLC / AHM roll number as per admit card.

(4) After that, you will choose the college you want admission, the type of curriculum, and other details.

(5) Upload scanned copies of photographs, signatures, and other required documents.

(6) After completing all the details and verifying the truth, click on Submit.

(6) Upon submission of the application, take a printed-out proof of online application for future use.

Reopening of Polytechnic Institute from 02nd November 2020: The Government of Assam in Elementary, Secondary, and Higher Education Department is pleased to notify the revised Standard Operating Procedure for  Re-Opening of Schools Colleges Institute from 02nd November 2020 in the State of Assam from classes VI to XII in the Schools and first, third and fifth semesters in all Colleges and Reopening of Polytechnic Institute from 02nd November Institute maintaining all the protocols of safety Guidelines under pandemic.

The Standard Operating Procedure will come into effect from 2nd November 2020. The detailed SOP is as follows:-

There will be re-opening of schools from 02nd November 2020 from classes VI to XII and all Colleges, Engineering Colleges, Polytechnic Colleges. Classes from I to V will remain suspended until further orders. The attendance of students must not be enforced and purely based on parental consent.

Notice Reopening of Schools, Colleges, Polytechnic Institute from 02nd November

The reopening of Polytechnic Institute from 02nd November are as follows:

The Standard Operating Procedure for reopening of Polytechnic Institute from 02nd November 2020.

a) Online as well as Blended or Mixed mode of Teaching will be followed by each Institution.

b) Blended or Mixed mode of Teaching will consist of a judicious mixture of face to face teaching and online teaching. Only the students of final year students of Engineering College and Polytechnics will be covered in the 1st phase.

c) Each Institute will make a routine of face-to-face teaching and online teaching which may consist of multiple sections, multiple class timings, etc. as required. For example, three days by face to face teaching and three/two days online teaching by a particular section. A rotational mechanism among the sections may also be prepared.

d) In continuation of earlier notification, each Institute will constitute a Multi-stakeholder Committee to address the Covid-19 related issues within the Institute, as Institutional Disaster Management Plan. A representative from DTE, Health and District civil administration should also be included in the Multi-stakeholder Committee in addition to students, parents, faculties. The minutes and meetings to be uploaded in the public domain.

The staggered timetable for colleges are as follows:

a) Staggered timetable will be followed regarding which final decision will be taken by the college authority.

b) Student of UG first semester will have their classes on Monday and Thursday.

c) Student of UG third semester will have their classes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

d) Student of the UG fifth semester will have their classes on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.

e) On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday the college shall arrange for the classes in such a way so as to avoid too much crowding of the college campus. For example, the college may conduct the classes of third and fifth semester in two shifts, i.e. Day (8.30 am to 12.30 pm) and Afternoon (1 PM to 5 PM)

f) Students who are unable to attend classes in their respective colleges because of some extreme circumstances may opt to attend classes in a college of their locality with prior permission from the concerned authorities of both the colleges. However, this should be taken as a temporary measure.

g) For PG Classes the college will follow the guidelines of the parent University/UGC.

 

 Online mode of education will continue for students who prefer to attend online classes rather than physically attend school/College. The health, hygiene, and safety protocols issued by the Health & Family Welfare Department/NHM, Assam have to be followed in coordination with the District Administration.

 Every School/College authority should coordinate with the nearest Health Centre/Joint Director of Health service, in case of emergency and related health checkup. Students commuting in School/College transport should feel safe and all safety protocols to be followed.

Use of face cover/masks by students, teachers, staff, and all stakeholders is mandatory and there should be thorough sanitization and cleaning of all areas inside the School/College premises prior to re-opening. Working hand washing facilities should be available in the School/College and Coaching Institutes.

Eligibility for DME Assam Paramedical 2020 Courses

  • Be a citizen of India.
  • Prove of Permanent Resident of Assam.
  • The provision of Permanent Resident Certificate shall not be applicable to the Sons and Daughters of the employees of the Govt. of Assam.
  • The minimum qualification is H.S.S.L.C. passed in Science (10+2) or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology with a minimum of 45% marks in case of General Candidates 40% for OBC/MOBC, SC, ST(P) and ST(H) candidates.
  • Age: Students have to be within the age limit of 17-25 years on 31st December of 2020. The upper age limit is 3 years relaxable for OBC or MOBC, SC, ST(P), and ST(H) candidates.
  • Age relaxation is applicable for the DIBYANG candidates as per the existing norms of the Government of Assam.

Instructions To Candidate

  • Immediately after receiving the test booklet, you should check that booklet does not have any unprinted or torn or missing pages or items, etc.
  • The booklet contains 100 questions to be answered in a separate OMR answer sheet using Black Ball Point Pen in circles.
  • Read the questions carefully before marking your answer. Candidates are strongly advised not to change or erase once the answer is marked.
  • All questions are compulsory and carry 1 mark. 
  • You will be supplied with the answers sheet separately by the invigilator. You must complete the details of particulars asked for, all are mandatory.
  • Answers must be shown by completely blackening the corresponding circles in the Answer Sheet against the relevant question number with Black Ball Point Pen. 

Correct Method of Answering

  • Answer the questions as quickly and as carefully as you can. Some questions may be difficult and others easy.
  • There will NOT be any negative marking for the wrong answer.
  • No rough work is to be done on the OMR answer sheet. Space for rough work has been provided in the question booklet.

The education system in Assam, along with other parts of the country, has been severely affected by the corona situation. Even the upcoming High School Leaving Examination (MET) in Assam this year has been postponed due to the pandemic situation.

SEBA has made it clear that the 2021 High School Leaving Examination will not be held in February as before. The metric test will be held in Assam in March instead of February. SEBA Authorities say the decision was taken because of a problem caused by the coronavirus. when the HSLC exam will be held in Assam 2021.

It is to be noted that a new syllabus has been prepared for the metric examinees by reducing the syllabus in each subject by 30 percent this year before the examination is postponed.

However, SEBA has recently decided to conduct the metric test in March, although the possibility of changing the schedule is based on the circumstances that have not been ruled out. Seba HSLC date 2021.

It is to be noted that in Assam, the metric examination is held in the month of February every year. However, the state’s educational institutions have been closed for almost six months this year due to coronavirus. For which students are deprived of proper education.

Online Class-SEBA HSLC date 2021

The online education system is in place but not everyone is able to benefit from it. According to government figures, only 70 percent of the students in the state have access to the online education system.

Ramesh Chand Jain, Principal of SEBA, said that it was time for everyone to think about the students and decide to postpone the examination. He revealed that SEBA had recently considered holding the test in the first or second week of March. He also said that a lot would depend on completing the curriculum after re-education.
