Assam SVAYEM Scheme Date Extended to 7 October 2020. Assam SVAYEM Scheme Online Apply Last Date.
The government of Assam 19th September 2020 launch a government scheme named SVAYEM Scheme, under this scheme government will provide an amount of money to eligible 2 lakhs educated youth of Assam will receive Rs.50,000/-. On 19th September 2020 ‘Swami Vivekananda Assam Youth Empowerment’ (SVAYEM) Scheme announced by Himanta Biswa Sharma the Hon’ble Finance Minister of Assam.
SVAYEM Scheme 2020 :
Government of Assam, thereafter, envisioned the ‘REDESIGNED, SWAMI VIVEKANANDA YOUTH EMPOWERMENT YOJANA, (SVAYEM)’. The Hon’ble Finance Minister, in his Budget Speech in2020-21, announced the Scheme as one of the Flagship Schemes of the Government of Assam under the ‘Ashtadash Mukutar Unnoyonee Maala’.

Financial Support Amount: Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only)

SVAYEM Scheme 2020 Eligibility Criteria:
a) Applicants should be permanent residents of Assam.
b) Applicants should be currently residing in the State of Assam.
c) All members of the Group should be in the age bracket of 18-40 years.
d) All members of the Group should have at least cleared HSLC examination.
e) Only members of Self-Help Groups (SHGs), Joint Liability Groups (JLGs), Farmer Producer Organizations, Cluster-Level SPVs/ Federations of the State, which have been formed before 1st September,202O will be eligible to apply for this Scheme.

f)Only groups that consist of a minimum of 5 members to a maximum of 20 members will be considered for this Scheme.
g)Applicant Group should have a Group Bank account, opened before 1st September 2020.
h) All the members have a bank account, that has been opened before 1st September 2020.
i) No member of the group either individually or collectively should have defaulted any loan taken from any Bank in the past and a Self-Declaration to that effect is to be submitted with the application.

- MSME Industries like Agarbatti making, Chalk Making, Sugar Candy production, liquid soap, etc.
- Services industries like the hotel, restaurant, travel agency, etc.
